Individual fundraisers offline donations do “not count” toward the overall team total? I run a statewide campaign with 63 teams raising money for 11 different campaigns and this "bug" needs a solution. And soon. I have already received several phone calls about this from very detailed oriented Team Captains (our fundraisers work in law enforcement…they pay attention to the details) and this is a competition…so the totals matter. I have been informed that I am to add this up for each campaign? This is not a reasonable task for a part-time employee with other job responsibilities.
This requires a software solution as soon as possible. Please let me know what the plan is for providing a solution as soon as you can? If it requires a phone call with a software developer, I am happy to jump on a call. The police officers are already cranky about the cash/check donation supporters not being recognized like the credit card donations. The Team not getting the credit of that support really feels downright yucky too.
