From a branding perspective we would like to have our logo on the campaign thank you emails where the copy is, like a letterhead.

In every donation receipt email sent to a donor we include the charity logo by default. Because the email is sent by JustGiving we are legally obliged to have our logo and address in the template header and footer, but we try to include as much of the charity's branding as possible to emphasise who the long term relationship is with.
Our Digital Services team can tailor and send fully branded emails on the charity's behalf which I think would meet your specific need. That is a paid for service that Digital Services offer.
