When a donor contacts us because they didn't receive their donation email receipt, there's no way to resend it. Please add this functionality. This is a fairly common request, because donors will often delete confirmation emails without realizing that it is also their gift receipt.
Donors will normally call the charity to get a copy of their receipt so it will be great if this can be made available under our charity account.
In addition, this should include both donors with JG account and guest donors.
Hi Jamie - thanks for responding. It would be nice if this feature existed within the charity account. Donors aren't required to create a user account when making a gift. It would be nice for us to be able to provide the service for them.

We already offer the feature within the consumer account that allows a donor to see previous donations made and to print off or review any past donations they have made. These are presented to the user in the form of a donation receipt with all the necessary information attached.
