Expand Default Sets for NXT Integration

If a field is required in RE (as are Addressee and Salutation) then there should be an option to set a default with the RE NXT/JustGiving integration for new, incoming records. When standard required fields have to be appended manually or by performing a global change, it negates the efficiency of the integration by creating extra work.
