Suppress Donation Boosts from Fundraiser/Campaign Total Raised

We often have P2P events where folks need to raise an exact amount for our charity and we would like the option to suppress the donation boost from the total raised at both the campaign and fundraiser page levels since we won't ever actually see that money that goes to pay transaction fees.
