At the moment, it appears that the only email notifications a charity can receive are for donations made directly to our organization via the charity landing page. It would be helpful to be able to opt in to receiving notifications for all donations so that we can have additional visibility and manage our account better.
Really disappointed that this feature does not exist. We had this feature in Classy and we have some staff rethinking our move.
I can't believe that this function does not exist. We will be rethinking using Just Giving in the future. I have had so many issues, but this is a basic function.
We can set uo notifications on donation forms when a gift is made, that should also be an option in Just Giving. We either have to check Gift Management in NXT or go to the Campaign in Just Giving to see if a gift is made, and those are extra steps that do not need to be taken!
I really need this to be an option. Right now, I just have to go in to the web base view of RE and check if there are donations that were made from the fundraising pages people have made for our events and it would help so much if I could get a notification when anyone donates to our charity.
