Option To Turn Off Anonymous Giving

My team just launched our first JustGiving campaign, and we were dismayed that we are unable to access the information for our anonymous donors. We can through Classy and DonorDrive and it was surprising that JustGiving doesn't offer this industry-standard functionality.

If we can't get anonymous donor information so that we can do a proper follow-up on our end, can we please get an switch/toggle/option to choose to turn off anonymous giving for our campaign? It could be added to the "Thank You Letter" section of setup.
