We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
Right now the colors on the donation page are hard coded to a purple/pink color. This does not look right with the colors of our organization, Red/Blue. I would like for those colors to change when I update the colors in my branding...
Yes these branding options are only applied when they are set in the campaign. Non campaign fundraising pages or direct donation flows (ie donate box) do not carry the brand through.
Hi Jamie, we have that functionality set up in branding, however, does the color not update when using the widgets or donate box?
Hello and thanks for the feedback.
This is a feature we offer to US based non profits using the JustGiving service. It is called Premium Branding and allows you as the organisation to set the brand for a given campaign. In doing so that influences the following:
Header logo at the top of the page for all pages associated to the campaign flow (campaign, fundraising pages, donation flow and page creation flow)
Colour of donate and donation amount fields in the donation flow
Branding in the donation receipt email sent to successful donors to that campaign
Please speak to your account manager to have this switched on or it could be it is already available to you in the Charity Account > Branding section.
Regards
Jamie
