Allow Users to Make Changes to Approved Events

While it's helpful that support can make adjustments to the event, it's better if users can make adjustments themselves. It's inconvenient to have to reach out if I notice a typo or if there's a change to location.

    Having to call JG support to make the changes can easily become a tedious process so this will be important.
