When you start a fundraising page and select it for in memory, the email the fundraising page says, "Hurray!". This feel insensitive to the fundraising type. Can the words and images change to be less celebratory and more respectful?
Hi Anna - in fact the new emails will roll out next week so great timing!
I'd share a copy but in fact we run so many different variants of emails depending if the user is fundraising for an event or has created a in memory page on its own but rest assured that the "hooray" copy has been removed and the email copy is a lot more plain reading.

Jamie
Is there any update on this, Jamie?
Thank you ever so much for this feedback. I've shared this internally and the email team are looking at what they can do to make these particular emails more sensitive given the scenario. We hope to push an updated version of the email shortly.
Thanks for your patience,
Jamie
